Our main prayer meeting takes place every other week on a Wednesday evening, in the church hall.
Every Saturday evening is an Informal Prayer meeting, in Aultbea church hall at 7pm.
There is also a monthly prayer meeting where we meet with the elders from the Church of Scotland.

Thursday 1st
The Trotternish Congregation vacancy Committee as it meets tonight and continue to pray that the Lord would guide and encourage the Congregation
Friday 2nd
Pray that God would raise up a new Youth and Schools worker for Christian Outlook on Lochalsh (COOL)
Saturday 3rd
Remember the Soup and Pudding lunch in the Portree Primary School in aid of this year’s WFM project
Sunday 4th
Pray for the Duirinish Congregation as they mourn the passing of Rev Kenneth MacDonald who had strong family roots in that parish
Monday 5th
Pray that the Rev Dan Paterson would soon be restored to full health and for the Poolewe and Aultbea Congregation that they may be conscious of the Lord’s presence during this time
Tuesday 6th
Remember the Shipmates Youth Groups as they meet tonight in Poolewe
Wednesday 7th
Pray for the Rev David Miller as he is in Edinburgh from the 6th till 8th on Assembly Clerks’ Business

Remember the Explorers and Connect Youth Groups as they meet tonight in Ullapool
Friday 9th
Pray for the Both Brigades children’s club and the Church Youth Club both running in Glenelg and that God bless and give discernment to the leaders and that young people would attend, enjoy the clubs and hear the gospel

Pray for the Camp Team Leaders CCPAS safeguarding training course taking place in Glasgow today
Sunday 11th
Pray for Mr Duncan Murchison, a final year student, taking the services in the Portree and Bracadale Congregation today
Monday 12th
Remember the Glenelg/Inverinate Congregation during this continued time of vacancy. Pray that God would lead and guide those who have responsibility of leadership
Tuesday 13th
Pray for the mustard seed café in Broadford and especially the ladies who have the responsibility of providing and serving the food
Wednesday 14th
Pray for the Rev David Miller as he visits local schools. Remember especially the teachers and pupils in the Dunvegan area as they mourn the loss of a popular teacher who passed away recently

The Trotternish Congregation are thankful for all who provide supply and pray that God would bless the varied ministries to the Congregation

Pray for the Sleat and Strath Congregation as they make plans to run a Life Explored Course reaching out to the Community

Pray for the Lochcarron and Applecross Congregation as they worship together tomorrow

Pray for the Gairloch, Kinlochewe and Torridon Congregation as they worship together today and that they would be led to a man of God’s choosing to lead them.

Pray for all the Bible Study Groups that take place on different days and places in our presbytery throughout each month
Tuesday 20th
Pray today for all those who have suffered sore bereavements during the last few months throughout the Presbytery. May they know the closeness of the Lord and His blessing as they go from day to day

Pray that God would raise up people with a heart for Evangelism, with a passion for telling the Good News of Jesus Christ to all in our communities

Pray for the planning and organisation of the “The God Question” event being arranged in Kyleakin next month

Portree and Bracadale Congregation are holding a Sale of Work tomorrow to raise funds for their new building project

Remember the Camps Fundraiser being held in Aultbea today

Pray for any in our communities who are ill at home or in hospital and for those who look after them

Pray for the Mary and Martha ladies group as they meet tonight in Aultbea

Pray for the Presbytery as they meet tonight in Lochcarron and for safety in travel. Pray that they may know the Lord’s presence as they meet together.
