The Week Ahead - 25th February 2018

Sunday:
  • 11am:  Worship in Aultbea Church of Scotland with creche and Sunday school followed by a cup of tea
  • 4pm:  Poolewe Sunday School
  • 5pm:  Worship in Poolewe Free Church followed by a cup of tea
  • 7pm:  Youth Fellowship in Laide

Today: We thank & welcome Phil Davies who is leading our worship today.
 
Monday: M & M’s, 7pm Aultbea church hall, for all ladies
 
Tuesday: Shipmates: Junior Shipmates 4.30pm to 5.45pm for aged 4 to P2; Senior Shipmates 7pm to 8.30pm for P4 to S2 – both in Poolewe Village hall.  Indoor football for anyone of High school age, 7pm in Aultbea Village hall.
 
Wednesday: Prayer Meeting: 7.15pm in Poolewe Free Church Hall
 
Saturday: Shipmates soup and pudding lunch: 12 noon to 2pm in Poolewe Village hall
Youth club: 6pm to 7pm in Aultbea Village hall.
 Prayer for those who are ill: 7pm Aultbea Free Church hall
 
Meals: If you know of anyone who would benefit from meals eg just out of hospital, bereavement etc – Phone Claire on 07824396655
 
Sunday 4th March:  The services will be taken next week by Calum MacInnes

The Message: Two Lochs Radio broadcast a local service on Sunday evenings at 9.30pm @ 106.6 FM or at www.2lr.co.uk.  First Light is broadcast at 7.25am each morning & Sunday Light at 8am on Sundays
 
The Highland Gospel Male Voice Choir: Gairloch High school, Friday 9th March, 7.30pm.  Donations received on the night will go to Highland Hospice.  Please contact Susan if you can help with making soup or sandwiches for the choir or baking for the teas.

Tuesday: Shipmates: Junior Shipmates 4.30pm to 5.45pm for aged 4 to P2; Senior Shipmates 7pm to 8.30pm for P4 to S2 – both in Poolewe Village hall.  Indoor football for anyone of High school age, 7pm in Aultbea Village hall. (Not this week)
 
Wednesday: Together for Christ Missionary Meeting: 7.30pm in Gairloch Church of Scotland hall with Morag MacLeod
 
Friday: Ewe Too Lunch, 12 noon to 2pm, Gairloch Church of Scotland: A community lunch where everyone is welcome to attend.
 
Saturday: Afternoon Tea: 2pm to 3.30pm in Aultbea Free Church hall.  This is our last fundraiser for the summer camps, please come along if you can.

Sunday - Community Worship:
  • 11am Gairloch High School
  • 5pm Aultbea Church of Scotland

Today:
  • Both services are led by Hector Morrison
  • There is a crèche and Sunday school this morning for all children.
  • The offering taken at today’s services will go towards the work of Together for Christ for future events. 
  • Poolewe Sunday school is at 4pm in Poolewe Free Church
 
Monday:
  • Mums and Toddlers: Gairloch Church of Scotland Hall, 1.30pm to 3pm
 
Tuesday:
  • Ladies Bible study: 10.30am, Aultbea Free Church Hall
  • Shipmates: Junior Shipmates aged 4 to Primary 3 from 4.30pm to 5.45pm in Poolewe Village hall.
Senior Shipmates Primary 4 to Secondary 2 from 7pm to 8.30pm in Poolewe Village hall.  Transport for both these groups leave from Gairloch and Aultbea 20 minutes before groups start.
Indoor Football for anyone of High school age, 7pm to 8.30pm in Aultbea Village Hall.

  • Gairloch Free Church Bible study and prayer – 7pm Gairloch Free Church
